4-day Word & Art 2025 festival

As part of the 4-day Word & Art 2025 festival, with the central theme “80 Years Since the End of World War II: The Historical Experience – The Testimonies – The Memory.” Artemis Alcalay presented 40 portraits of Auschwitz survivors from the project “Greek Jews Holocaust Survivors” as well as the 24-minute documentary titled “War Narratives” (directed by: Artemis Alcalay, 2015) on the subject of the hidden children of the Occupation.

The 4-day Word and Art 2025 events concluded with the conference “Arts and Narratives” on December 14 at the REX Municipal Cinematheatre, where Artemis Alcalay gave a short presentation on “Greek Jews Holocaust Survivors”.
